Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT0030554, the Salish and Kootenai Housing Authority is authorized to discharge from the Woodcock Home Addition wastewater treatment facility located in the NW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 20 N, Range 19 W, latitude 47.5145° N and longitude 114.0535° W, Lake County, to a swale draining to Middle Crow Creek in accordance with discharge point(s), effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. Authorization for discharge is limited to those outfalls specifically listed in the permit.
