NPDES Pretreatment Discharge Requirements for Eagle Bronze Incorporated in Wyoming

Eagle Bronze is a full service foundry that produces bronze and stainless steel sculptures. The sculpture process includes a lost wax casting and a patina process. The facility does not discharge over 100 gallons per day of production wastewater and has been consistently compliant with pretreatment standards since 2018, and therefore is categorized as a non-significant categorical industrial user (NSCIU) to the metal finishing regulations. The control mechanism WY-PF00101 authorizes Eagle Bronze to discharge to the Town of Lander publicly owned treatment works under the identified outfalls as an NSCIU. Authorization for discharge is limited to the outfalls specifically listed in the NSCIU requirements.
