NPDES Pretreatment Discharge Requirements for Jabil, Incorporated in Colorado

Jabil, Incorporated, is a manufacturer of titanium and stainless-steel screws, screw blanks, and nails used in orthopedic devices. The facility generates wastewaters from electropolishing, anodizing, and passivation core processes, and from tumbling, machining coolant, solvent degreasing, and cleaning ancillary processes. Jabil, Inc. is authorized under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-PF00101 to discharge these wastewaters to the Monument Sanitation District collection system. The Monument Sanitation District collection system conveys wastewater to the Tri-Lakes publicly owned treatment works. Authorization for discharge is limited to only those outfalls specifically listed in the notice of discharge requirements below.
