Below is EPA's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit authorizing the discharge of stormwater from all municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) outfalls at the following two facilities under the command of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island: Seaplane Base - Oak Harbor, Crescent Harbor, Crescent Harbor Creek; and Ault Field - Strait of Juan de Fuca, Clover Valley Creek, Dugualla Bay.
