Summary
In compliance with the provisions ofthe Clean Water Act, as amended, the City of Ogema is authorized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the City of Ogema Wastewater Treatment Facility, located in the City of Ogema, Minn., to an unnamed wetland that leads to Spring Creek and then to the South Branch of the Wild Rice River, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
