Peshawbestown Wastewater Treatment Plant

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by the Grand Traverse Band Department of Public Works designated as the Peshawbestown Wastewater Treatment Plant located on the Grand Traverse Indian Reservation, 3499 E. Putnam Rd., Suttons Bay, Michigan, Leelanau County to West Grand Traverse Bay, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
