Red Cliff Band WWTF

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by the Red Cliff Public Works Department located within the Red Cliff Indian Reservation, Bayfield County, 89160 Blueberry Rd., Bayfield, Wisconsin (S.W. ¼ of the S.E. ¼ of Section 30, T51N, R3W), designated as the Red Cliff Band Wastewater Treatment Facility discharging to Lake Superior, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
