If submitting hardcopy documents, please mail the original signed Notice of Intent (NOI) to Wastewater Section Chief (8WD-CWW), 1595 Wynkoop Street, Denver, Colorado 80202 and email a scanned copy to Stephanie DeJong (dejong.stephanie@epa.gov). If you are unable to email a scanned copy, please contact us by telephone. If submitting the NOI electronically, you may digitally sign the form. Signed electronic submissions should be emailed directly to Stephanie DeJong (dejong.stephanie@epa.gov).

The Region 8 NPDES Lagoon General Permit was finalized and public noticed in the Federal Register on December 18, 2015. The final permits are effective as of January 1, 2016. A fact sheet and the permits are provided below.
