Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the Saganing Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2600 East Worth Road, Standish, Michigan, Arenac County to an unnamed tributary to Saginaw Bay of Lake Huron, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
