Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Stockbridge-Munsee Community is authorized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5, to discharge from the Stockbridge-Munsee Community Wastewater Ponds, operated by the Stockbridge-Munsee Utility Department, located on the Stockbridge-Munsee Indian Reservation in Shawano County, Bartelme Township, Bowler, Wisconsin, discharging to the West Branch of the Red River, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
