Permit-to-install (PTI) Administrative Modification to update CO2e lbs/hr and annual emissions for combined cycle combustion turbines P001 and P002 (2,725 mmBtu/hr heat input turbine at ISO conditions and 179 mmBtu/hr heat input duct burner with dry low NOx combustors, selective catalytic reduction (SCR), and catalytic oxidizer). More precise emission data has been gathered and the permit clarifies CO2e emission calculations.

8. Emission Control Technology

The combined cycle combustion turbines will be equipped with dry low NOx combustors, selective catalytic reduction (SCR), and catalytic oxidation.  The auxiliary boiler will be equipped with low-NOx burners and flue gas recirculation.  The wet cooling tower will be equipped with a high efficiency drift eliminator.
