More precise emission data has been gathered and the permit clarifies CO2e emission calculations.

The combined cycle combustion turbines will be equipped with dry low NOx combustors, selective catalytic reduction (SCR), and catalytic oxidation.  The auxiliary boiler will be equipped with low-NOx burners and flue gas recirculation.  The wet cooling tower will be equipped with a high efficiency drift eliminator.
