Dry low-NOx and emission limit of 15ppm at 15% O2 for NOx for combustion turbines; low-NOx burner and emission limit of 0.05lb/MMBtu for auxiliary boilers; 1g/HP-hr and limited annual operation for NOx limit on emergency generator. Good engineering technology for PM emissions. GHG BACT 440 tons CO2e 12-month rolling average.
