Puget Sound Energy proposes to install two 54 MW simple cycle natural gas-fired Pratt & Whitney FT-8 twin pac turbines at its existing 228 MW power generation peaking facility near Mt. Vernon. No. 2 fuel oil is available as a backup fuel.
