Economic Analysis for the Final Rule: Definition of "Waters of the United States" - Recodification of Pre-Existing Rules

In accordance with Executive Order 12866, Executive Order 13563, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-4, and the EPA’s “Guidelines for Preparing Economic Analyses,” the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of the Army prepared this economic analysis for the final rule, "Definition of 'Waters of the United States' – Recodification of Pre-Existing Rules."
