Federal Register Notice Announcing Schedule of Public Meetings

On August 28, 2017, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of the Army published a Federal Register notice announcing ten teleconferences to hear from stakeholders their recommendations to revise the definition of ‘‘Waters of the United States’’ under the Clean Water Act. The agencies also held one in-person small entity meeting. The full schedule can be found on EPA's Pre-Proposal Outreach Meetings webpage. In addition, stakeholders were invited to submit  written recommendation on or before November 28, 2017, identified by Docket ID No. EPA–HQ–OW–2017–0480, at http://www.regulations.gov.
