Tribal Consultation Materials

On April 20, 2017, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency initiated consultation and coordination with federally recognized Indian tribes on the forthcoming Step 2 proposal to revise the definition of "waters of the United States." The consultation period concluded on June 20, 2017. This presentation is from EPA and the Department of Army's informational webinar on May 18, 2017 for tribes and is representative of the presentations the agencies gave during the formal tribal consultation period.
