Public Notice: 2021-12 Risk-Based Disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (“PCB”) Waste at Port of Albany, Albany, New York

Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2, issues this notice for public review and comment on its tentative decision to approve a polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) cleanup plan. The plan was submitted by the Albany Port District Commission (APDC) for the Port of Albany under the Agency’s PCB Cleanup Program (40 C.F.R. § 761.3). Any person wishing to comment on any aspect of the approval should do so within 30 days of the Public Notice date, attached below.
