Guidance for the Development of Site Management Plans for Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Sites

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to EPA Regions and the US Army Corps of Engineers Districts for preparation of ocean dredged material disposal site management plans. This guidance document lays out a recommended framework for site management plan development and content.
