Section A Reporting Form:   This document pertains to government entities and Marine Mammal Health and Stranding Response Program Stranding Agreement Holders under Section A of the permit.  Ocean disposal of marine mammal carcasses authorized under Section A of the MPRSA general permit may be reported to EPA by submitting a completed Section A Reporting Form (see below) to the appropriate EPA regional office.

Section B Reporting Form:   This document pertains to Alaskan Natives engaged in subsistence uses of marine mammals, who already may take a marine mammal under the Marine Mammal Protection Act and Endangered Species Act.  Ocean disposal of marine mammal carcasses authorized under Section B of the MPRSA general permit may be reported to EPA Region 10 by submitting a completed Section B Reporting Form (see below).
