The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published Proposed Amendments to the Central and Western Long Island Sound Dredged Material Disposal Sites on February 10, 2016. There was a 45-day public comment period and two public meetings. The Final Rule for the Amendments to the Central and Western Long Island Sound Dredged Material Disposal Sites was published on July 7, 2016 and the Response to Comments document can be found below.
