Site Management and Monitoring Plan (SMMP) for the Barataria Bay Waterway Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site, LA

This SMMP is intended to provide management and monitoring strategies for disposal in the Barataria Bay Waterway Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site. Appropriate management of the disposal site is aimed at assuring that disposal activities will not unreasonably degrade or endanger human health, welfare, the marine environment or economic potentialities.
