Site Management and Monitoring Plan (SMMP) for the Matagorda Ship Channel Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Maintenance Site

This SMMP is intended to provide management and monitoring strategies for disposal in the Matagorda Ship Channel Ocean Dredged Material Maintenance Disposal Site. Appropriate management of the disposal site is aimed at assuring that disposal activities will not unreasonably degrade or endanger human health, welfare, the marine environment or economic potentialities.
