FY 2019 Management Directive 715 (MD-715) Report Submitted by EPA to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)

EPA submitted the FY 2019 Management Directive 715 (MD-715) Report to the EEOC on  September 16, 2020.  The report highlights the Agency’s efforts to establish and maintain a model civil rights program based on the six essential elements outlined by the EEOC:
  • Demonstrated Commitment from Agency Leadership
  • Integration of EEO into the Agency’s Strategic Plan
  • Management and Program Accountability
  • Proactive Prevention of Unlawful Discrimination
  • Efficiency
  • Responsiveness and Legal Compliance
