This OIG Annual Plan identifies mandated and selected assignment topics continuing from Fiscal Year (FY) 2009 and scheduled to be started in the first half of FY 2010, providing for unforeseen work in the latter part of the year that may be directed by a new Inspector General, and requests from new EPA leadership and Congress.
