Notification: Effectiveness of EPA's External Civil Rights Compliance Office in Determining Title VI Compliance in Organizations Receiving EPA Clean Air Act Funding

Project #OA&E-FY19-0357, October 31, 2019

The OIG plans to begin an evaluation of the EPA's implementation of Title VI, which prohibits recipients of federal financial assistance from discriminating on the basis of race, color, or national origin when implementing programs and activities.
