The OIG plans to begin preliminary research on the EPA's contract billing controls for EPA Contract No. EP-W-11-019, Task Order 12, which was awarded in 2011 to Systems Research and Application Corporation, located in Fairfax, Virginia.
The EPA's Office of Inspector General is a part of the EPA, although Congress provides our funding separate from the agency, to ensure our independence. We were created pursuant to the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended Exit.
