Notification: Gold King Mine Release

Project #OPE-FY15-0059, August 17, 2015.

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to begin preliminary research on the cause of, and the EPA’s response to, the August 5, 2015, release from the Gold King Mine in Colorado.
