What We Found

The EPA OIG is required by Section 5143 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 201 2, Pub. L. No. 112-81 (2012), to report on reducing vulnerability to fraud, waste and abuse in the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program.
