Facility Response Planning: Compliance Assistance Guide

This guide was developed in order to help owners and operators of facilities that store or use oil, as well as other interested people, to better understand the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention regulation (40 CFR part 112). If you own or operate a facility that stores or uses oil, this guide will help you to determine whether the regulation applies to you.
