Biography of Dr. Philip Day

Dr. Philip Day holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy (Applied Ethics) from North Texas State University.  He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Community and Family Medicine at the University of Texas, Southwestern. He has served as a voting member and Board Ethicist of the UT, Southwestern Institutional Review Board 2 since 2015. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the Ethics and Humanities Collaborative, Society of Teachers Family Medicine and has been a member of the North Texas Bioethics Forum since 2015.
