Petition for Reconsideration of Uinta Basin, Utah Designation

EPA has denied a petition for reconsideration and stay request relating to the Agency’s action to designate the Uinta Basin, Utah as nonattainment for the 2015 ozone standards. The petition, submitted on behalf of Patel Industrial Park, was based on air quality data concerns. EPA evaluated the information and issues raised in the petition and determined it was appropriate to deny the petition and the stay request.
