Pollution Prevention Grant Program funds grants or cooperative agreements that implement pollution prevention technical assistance services and/or training for businesses and support projects that utilize pollution prevention techniques to reduce and/or eliminate pollution from air, water and/or land. Proposals were due Monday, May 9, 2016, 11:59 pm, (EDT). EPA plans to award approximately $7.94 million in P2 grants: $3.97 million in FY 2016 and $3.97 million in FY 2017. Eligible applicants for these grants are: state governments, colleges and universities (recognized as instrumentalities of the state), federally-recognized tribes and intertribal consortia.
