Summary
EPA is soliciting public comment on its proposal to enter into Prospective Purchaser Agreements (PPAs) with NP Falls Township Industrial, LLC and NP Falls Township Industrial 2, LLC (together, Purchasers). The PPAs will ensure the environmental cleanup of 1517.15-acre and 342.97-acre properties (Properties) at the 2799-acre U.S. Steel Mon Valley Works – Fairless Hills Facility in Fairless Hills, PA, EPA ID: PAD002375376 (Facility) and support redevelopment of the Properties.
