The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Mid-Atlantic Region (EPA), announced on December 14, 2020 the reissuance of a final permit to Windfall Oil and Gas of Falls Creek, PA. This permit authorizes the continued operation of a UIC Class IID disposal injection well, Zelman #1, located in Brady Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
