Arconic, Inc. Approval to Conduct Research and Development Tests

This modified approval was granted to Arconic, Inc. in February 2017 to conduct research and development tests on the biological degradation of PCB-contaminated wastes. This approval was issued pursuant to Section 6(e)(1) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) of 1976 and the Federal PCB Regulations found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations in section 761.60(j).
