July 20, 2017 Notification: Ameren Illinois to Dispose of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Remediation Waste

As required by the Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.61(c) approvals, Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG) Members utilizing the approvals to dispose of less than 50 parts per million (ppm) PCB remediation waste must submit a notification to EPA. This notification is dated July 20, 2017 and was submitted by Ameren Illinois to dispose of waste at the Waste Management Disposal Site in East St. Louis, IL.
