National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation Approval for Alternative Sampling Site Selection Procedures for the Removal and Abandonment of Natural Gas Pipelines

This approval was granted to the National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation on December 10, 2015, for the use of alternative sampling site selection procedures for the removal and abandonment of natural gas pipelines. This approval is issued pursuant to Section 6(e)(1) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) of 1976 (Public Law 94-469) and the Federal PCB Regulations in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations in section 761.61(c).
