Enviro Jet Approval to Decontaminate PCB-Contaminated Natural Gas Pipeline

In July 2017, EPA granted a decontamination approval to Enviro Jet Technologies (Enviro Jet) to decontaminate PCB-contaminated natural gas pipeline. This approval was issued pursuant to Section 6(e)(1) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.79(h).

In May 2018, Enviro Jet submitted an application to EPA requesting to modify certain conditions of its July 2017 decontamination approval. On June 21, 2018, EPA approved of the requested modification. The June 2018 approval replaces the July 2017 one.

Enviro Jet Notifications to Decontaminate PCB-Contaminated Natural Gas Pipeline

As required by the 40 CFR section 761.79(h) approval, Enviro Jet must submit a notification to EPA when using its approval to decontaminate PCB- contaminated natural gas pipeline.
