As required by the Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.61(c) approvals, Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG) Members utilizing the approvals to dispose of less than 50 parts per million (ppm) PCB remediation waste must submit a notification to EPA. This notification is dated August 30, 2016 and was submitted by Xcel Energy to dispose of waste at the SKB Environmental Disposal Site in Rosemount, MN.
