Second Notification Dated May 22, 2019, Submitted by Ameren Missouri (700 North 13th Street Vault) to Dispose of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Remediation Waste

As required by the Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.61(c) approvals, Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG) Members utilizing the approvals to dispose of less than 50 parts per million (ppm) PCB remediation waste must submit a notification to EPA. This notification is dated May 22, 2019, and Ameren Missouri submitted it for the location of 700 North 13th Street Vault.
