Private and commercial pesticide applicators with current state, tribal, or federal certification or licenses who wish to apply Restricted Use Pesticides in Indian country must submit a complete application form and a photocopy of both sides of their current state, tribal, or federal certification or license to the EPA regional office where they intend to apply RUPs.
