Finding of Violation and Order: British Petroleum South-West Pacific American Samoa Terminal: Docket No. CWA-309(a)-09-011

This Administrative Order establishes a self-monitoring program for the American Samoa Terminal both to ensure representative sampling of all wastewater discharges to the harbor and to establish a usable sample record for the renewal of the NPDES permit.
