  • 9/28/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for 4-Methyl-2-pentanol (CASRN 108-11-2) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfCs derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for 4-Methyl-2-pentanol was archived.
  • 9/28/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for p-Toluic Acid (CASRN 99-94-5) that was finalized and added to the PPRTV website. Subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs were derived.
  • 9/27/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for tert-Butyl Formate (CASRN 762-75-4) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains a screening subchronic provisional RfD derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for tert-Butyl Formate was archived.
  • 9/26/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for Diphenyl Ether (CASRN 101-84-8) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfCs.
  • 9/26/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for Lactonitrile (CASRN 78-97-7) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs. The previous PPRTV assessment for Lactonitrile was archived.
  • 9/26/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for p,p'-Dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene (p,p'-DDE; CASRN 72-55-9) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. A subchronic provisional RfD was derived. Additionally, Appendix A of the assessment contains a screening chronic provisional RfD. The previous PPRTV for p,p'-DDE was archived.
  • 9/25/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for 1-Bromo-4-fluorobenzene (CASRN 460-00-4) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs, as well as a screening subchronic provisional RfC, derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for 1-Bromo-4-fluorobenzene was archived.
  • 9/21/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for 1-Bromo-3-fluorobenzene (CASRN 1073-06-9) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs, as well as a screening subchronic provisional RfC, derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for 1-Bromo-3-fluorobenzene was archived.
  • 9/20/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for p,p'-Dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane (p,p'-DDD; CASRN 72-54-8) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for p,p’-DDD was archived.
  • 9/13/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for n-Heptanal (CASRN 111-71-7) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfCs derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for n-Heptanal was archived.
  • 9/12/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for 2,2-Difluoropropane (CASRN 420-45-1) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfCs derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for 2,2-Difluoropropane was archived.
  • 1/13/17 – EPA announced the availability of the PPRTV Assessment for p-Chlorobenzenesulfonic Acid (p-CBSA; CASRN 98-66-8) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs.

December 2016 Updates

  • 9/28/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for Mixtures of 1,2,3,4,5-Pentabromo-6-Chlorocyclohexane (CASRN 87-84-3) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs, as well as a screening provisional oral slope factor. 
  • 9/28/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for o-Aminophenol (CASRN 95-55-6) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs derived using an expert-driven read-across approach. The previous PPRTV assessment for o-Aminophenolwas archived.
  • 9/27/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for o-Phenylenediamine (CASRN 95-54-5) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. A chronic provisional RfD and a provisional oral slope factor were derived.
  • 9/26/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for 1,1,2-Trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane (CASRN 76-13-1) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Subchronic and chronic provisional RfCs were derived.
  • 9/8/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for n-Heptane (CASRN 142-82-5) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Subchronic and chronic provisional RfCs were derived. Additionally, Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs.
  • 9/2/2016 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for Rubidium Compounds (CASRN 7440-17-7, Rubidium), (CASRN 7791-11-9, Rubidium Chloride), (CASRN 1310-82-3, Rubidium Hydroxide), and (CASRN 7790-29-6, Rubidium Iodide) that were finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic provisional RfDs for these four Rubidium Compounds.
  • 9/1/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole (CASRN 149-30-4) that was finalized and posted to the PPRTV website. Subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs, as well as a provisional oral slope factor, were derived.
  • 8/31/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for 3-Methylphenol (CASRN 108-39-4) that was finalized and added to the PPRTV website. A subchronic provisional RfD was derived.
  • 8/11/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for N,N-Dimethylaniline (CASRN 121-69-7) that was finalized and added to the PPRTV website. A subchronic provisional RfD and a provisional oral slope factor were derived.
  • 8/9/16 – EPA announced the availability of a new PPRTV assessment for p-Phenylenediamine (CASRN 106-50-3) that was finalized and added to the PPRTV website. Appendix A of the assessment contains screening subchronic and chronic provisional RfDs.
