The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4, intends to issue Pine Belt Wood Preserving, Inc. a corrective action permit covering the requirements of the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Any person wishing to comment on any aspect of the draft permit should do so within 45 days of the date of the Public Notice.
