The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4 intends to issue Exxon Mobil Corporation a corrective action permit covering the requirements of the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) for the Exxon Mobil Centreville Landfarm. Any person wishing to comment on any aspect of the draft permit should do so within 45 days of the date of the Public Notice.  The public may provide written comments during this 45-day Public Comment Period which begins on November 19, 2020 and ends on January 2, 2021.
