The RadTown Uranium activities were designed with students that live in Tribal lands in mind. Students will learn about the penetrating powers and effects of radiation and analyze the benefits and impacts of radiation exposure. Students will also explore uranium and radiation-related science and engineering jobs. With a greater understanding of uranium and radiation, students can dispel myths and fears and be advocates for their community.
