RCRA State Authorization Performance Measures Memorandum

This memorandum establishes a new RCRA state authorization performance measure, the Percentage of Recent Core Program RCRA Rules Authorized, and retains a longstanding performance indicator, the Percentage of Total RCRA Program Rules Authorized.
