EPA developed a summary of rule checklist 238 covering the Confidentiality Determinations for Hazardous Waste Export and Import Documents rulemaking published on December 26, 2017, (82 Federal Register pages 60894-60901), and revised it on February 1, 2019. The purpose of this summary is to provide the following on the revisions made:
