Superseded and Withdrawn Checklists in the State Authorization Tracking System (StATS) as of June 30, 2017

This document contains a list of all the superceded and withdrawn checklists in the StATS system.

As stated in the memo, Policy on Counting Superseded Checklists in StATS (June 2, 1993), a state will get credit in the StATS system for a superseded checklist if the state was authorized for the checklist that superseded it. For example, states authorized for checklist (CL) 207 will also get credit for CL 32, even if they were not previously authorized for CL 32.

All withdrawn checklists have been removed from the StATS system and no longer count towards regional or state authorization percentages.
