CCR Certification for Wyoming Community Water Systems Serving Fewer than 10,000 Persons

In 1999, Wyoming Governor Jim Geringer exercised his authority under the Safe Drinking Water Act to waive the direct mailing requirement for CCRs for small community water systems in Wyoming. Small community water systems can meet their annual reporting requirements under the CCR Rule by the methods of report distribution described in this template.

A copy of Wyoming Governor Jim Geringer's 1999 CCR Distribution Waiver for small community water systems in the state of Wyoming is available below for anyone needing verification.

Community water systems in Wyoming serving fewer than 10,000 persons are still required to send their completed CCR Certification Form to US EPA Region 8 no later than October 1st of each year.
